LOPE of Texas

LOPE is a group in Texas that works to find homes for ex-race horses. They find homes for horses that have been raced and retired due to age or injury, or horses that never were raced due to injury, lack of speed, etc. While many of the horses are TBs, I've seen any breed that races helped by this group.
